Full immigration checkpoint both for entrance and exit if Guatemala. The cheapest crossing by bike is at La Técnica. At this writing 20Q will take both you and your bike across the river to Frontera Corozal. There's an official booth to buy your ticket to cross at your left looking at the river from the top edge. It'll take you longer on the rough road from Bethel to La Técnicato than you think.
