Traveling to Vietnam is difficult because of the Vietnamese authorities. They are very precise with regard to the entry date. The date you entered on your application form must also be there. A day too early is absolutely not possible; a day late is possible but with a lot of talking. Make sure that Moc Bai is stated as the border crossing on your visa, otherwise you run the risk of being sent back.
