You need to apply for an EVisa. Visa on entry is no longer issued in Kenya.
Be sure to use the government website provided to attain your visa, there are alot of fake websites out there conning people.
East African Tourist Visa is also available, which allows you to travel to Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda with a single visa. The visa expires if you travel outside of one these countries.
