Another must-visit in Würzburg. Before entering, marvel at the many little details that give away the architectural history of the church. Look especially at
the towers and all its windows. The Gothic and Baroque influences should be most distinctive. All over the interior you find the deceased bishops
in the form of sculptures on the walls. Probably the most intriguing aspect of the church, however, is its incredible acoustics. The chanting of the choir is
reflected back through the unique shape of the room and often confuses even the choir. Try to check it discretely, but don’t sing a full Rihanna song if
there are people praying.
