Full Service Immigration office. Coming from Guatemala you need an exit stamp in your passport. And also recently a slip of paper from the Mexico SAT office on the border showing you crossed there. This latter is by policy and not always true. I personally haven't encountered it but that's because I'm a Mexican citizen. But border officials have told me it is now required. Currently a negative covid test also. Fee for a 180 tourist visa last I checked is about 25 dollars US.
