About

Beautiful country in the heart of Central America. Honduras is full of mountains, you will just find a couple of valleys but the country is mostly hilly. Open roads in Honduras are mostly safe all along the country. Cycle touring is not commonly done by Hondurans but they are mostly warm people, highest crime rate is mostly on the two biggest cities Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula and only on specific areas of this two cities. This two big cities are not cycling friendly because of road infrastructure but the rest of the country is just fine for traveling. Not recommended traveling by night, by day pretty much anywhere is ok.
